“Halona is a dedicated trainer who maintains a well-orchestrated sequence of exercises. Over time, they increase in intensity. She tailors the training to a person’s particular goals and abilities. If a person is having a rough day, she modifies the workout accordingly. I have Type 1 diabetes and if my blood sugar is very low I have to stop and eat something. Halona stayed on top of my condition and modified the workout if necessary. I also broke my foot during the time Halona was my trainer. When I returned to the gym, she put together a series of exercises that I could do in a boot. My foot healed beautifully and got stronger because of the exercises she put together for me. I highly recommend her and miss my training sessions with her very much. She cares about her clients and encourages them to succeed.”
