Ways to work with me
One-on-One Personal Training
One-on-one personal training includes one-hour sessions with yours truly. You’ll have my undivided attention and guidance through each part of your plan. All 1:1 sessions include a warm-up routine, a tailored-to-you workout, and a cool down to boost recovery. Ask me about how much you could save with my bundle packages.
Remote Coaching
Remote coaching is a modern fitness approach that uses technology to deliver an individualized program and ongoing support from a distance. This option allows you to pursue your fitness goals without the need for in-person sessions. This is a great opportunity that’s great for flexibility, accountability, and expert guidance, all from the comfort of your chosen location.
Buddy Sessions
Have a friend or partner with similar goals? Grab a buddy session and start your fitness journey together! Each one-hour buddy session includes a warm-up routine, a goal-oriented workout, and a cool-down to boost recovery. Although these sessions include two people, I’ll modify each exercise to your individual capabilities.
